I've always been captivated by water. Just seeing it can still my soul and make me stop and gather myself. I was on set shooting beach towels for a linen company when the sun hit this pool  in just the right way. I quickly grabbed it for myself and went back to the beach towels. 

I print this image on Canson® Infinity Platine Fibre Rag, which is a fibre, cotton based paper with a cutting edge new microporous coating which harkens back to the old fibre based darkroom papers I used to use "back in the day". It's exceptionally brilliant, and provides incredibly saturated, contrasty colours. It works so well in this image, I kinda want to dive into the paper.
