Renown vegan chef, and close personal friend Shannon Martinez discovered a month into Victorian COVID-19 lockdown that she was ill with breast cancer, and decided to focus on producing a cookbook dealing with staying healthy during treatment, and recovery.
The day she shaved her head she decided to document it, and of course I was there. These powerful images were used for the press release, and will appear in the book once it's published.
